Large Oak Kitchen Island Worktop | Case Study

Our client, was in the process of ordering their new kitchen furniture and seeking a large solid wood kitchen island worktop to act as a center, statement piece for their bright, open space, rustic-modern home. We designed and hand crafted them a beautiful bespoke wooden counter top crafted from European oak and enhanced the natural features of the wood such as the knots, cracks, voids and striations with a clear translucent resin. Our uniquely featured rustic European oak added a radiant warmth and inviting feel to their kitchen.
Earthy Timber has completed the kitchen island today and I wanted to pass on my thanks for such a wonderful job. It complements the kitchen fantastically and is a beautiful centrepiece. The timber is simply stunning.
