IESO Digital came looking into purchasing a large, organic wood conference table /boardroom table for about 6 people to be able to work on and use as a hot desk & meeting table similar to the high bench tables you get in Starbucks that people share to add a more casual stylish feel to the open space office environment.
After an initial briefing we designed and hand crafted a natural wood live edge office meeting table / conference table / boardroom table crafted from two extra large kiln-dried live edge oak slabs. The solid wood slabs originate from one tree and were gracefully jointed in their natural edge for a progressive yet elegant design. Knots and internal bark were accentuated with translucent resin to enhance the organic beauty of the wood. The table top was additionally finely sanded, lacquered and waxed as part of the professional finishing service. Featuring our own custom set of steel legs, carefully calibrated to the size of the table to provide maximum stability and allow for the inherent movement of the timber. Premium quality.
